For those who’ve outgrown the grind, standing at the edge of what’s next
I guide waking up wanderers through the sacred in-between — on the unmanicured path where Curiosity leads the way and what’s changing gives way to what’s yours.
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to know something’s off.
Sometimes it’s just a quiet knowing that keeps tapping you on the shoulder.
Most of us ignore it until Love only gets louder.
Maybe you’ve been calling it burnout. Or self-sabotage. Or hormones.
It might look like staying up late scrolling.
Holding your breath between back-to-back meetings
Snapping at someone you love.
Pouring another.
Eating the whole bag.
Spiraling into shame.
But beneath all that is something far more Intelligent and true:
You’re outgrowing the version of you who learned to push through.
And a deeper knowing is rising in its place:
I can’t do it this way anymore.
I want something different.
I want to feel like myself again.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to what’s always been true.

Together, we loosen the old stories. The ones that told you the problem is you.
And in their place, we restore what’s Natural, more alive, and deeply rooted in love.
You’ll begin to make choices differently:
- You’ll rest before you burn out.
- You’ll feel the “no” in your body — and trust it.
- You’ll eat because you’re hungry, not because you’re numbing.
- You’ll stop self-sacrificing, and instead serve out of your overflow.
- You’ll stop asking what’s wrong with you, and start listening to what’s right.
- You’ll start honoring your rhythms — even when they don’t match what the world expects.
This process moves in cycles. It’s not about “getting there fast.” It’s about seasonal, spiraling growth, because you are Nature.

“One of the strongest old beliefs I have struggled with is that I’m never enough where I am right now, that I always need to be moving towards the next thing. It’s prevented me from enjoying my life.
While working with Jess, I learned how to reframe those thoughts, realizing that it’s OK to feel that way, but to also acknowledge how far I’ve come, how much I’ve accomplished and to have grace for myself.
Now I am working on the new belief that I am exactly where I am supposed to be. When I think about it that way, especially on harder days, it gives me a peace and contentment that I’ve really never had.” — Jen V.

Here’s where we begin
I offer two ways to walk this path — both rooted in cyclical growth and self-trust.
The women’s circle
A seasonal gathering space for intuitive exploration, shared presence, and deep connection that doesn’t ask you to perform.
1:1 Guidance
Private, spacious support for the seasons when something deeper is asking for your Loving attention.
Whether big transitions, subtle shifts, or sacred unravelings, this is where we turn problems into portals.
I bring presence, intuition, and deep listening. You bring your whole self — even the parts you’re still learning to love.

Your guide on the road to becoming
I’m Jess — a guide, a mirror, and a deep believer in your inner wisdom, with a gift for hearing what wants to be said and for seeing the beautiful possibilities in your blind spot.
For years, I chased the version of success I was told would bring satisfaction: achievement, approval, always doing more.
These days, I live wilder. Truer. In a life that feels like mine.
I don’t walk ahead of you, or above you. I walk with you — through the fog, through the figuring out — and help you hear the voice you’ve been taught to tune out.

“Jess is the real deal. When she says it’s all about coming from love, she is sincere and practiced. She embodies so many qualities that I am growing in myself. The way she mirrored these back to me helped me expand and see them in myself.” — M.G.

“I feel more in touch with my true self. It’s not automatic yet, but now I know how to access her — and act from love instead of fear.” — Maria B.
