The Wild Wellness Women’s Circle

A community for women craving growth without urgency, authenticity met with adoration, and play instead of performance.

You keep telling yourself you’ll slow down—after the launch, after the trip, after the next thing on your list.

But the goalpost just keeps moving, doesn’t it?

Maybe your body’s already speaking—in headaches, in snappy replies, in autoimmune, in hunger you just can’t control.

And part of you knows it’s time to listen… but another part is still afraid of what might fall apart if you do.

You crave connection—but not in a group chat full of “you got this!” gifs or a Mom meetup where you know everyone’s just as overwhelmed as you are, whether they admit it or not.

What if you didn’t have to explain yourself?

Or have anyone need you to be or do anything?

Didn’t have to name the thing that’s wrong to justify receiving empathy and support?

Here, you can show up as you are—celebrations and struggles—and still be met with love.

And little by little, that deeper voice in you begins to rise:

“Rest now.”

“Reach out.”

“You’re safe to want this.”

Sign up to receive invitations to upcoming women’s circles, and you’ll also receive gentle guidance for the moments when the way forward feels unclear. Each letter is like a trail marker—a small reminder to help you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your own way of moving through the world.

Thank you for your response. ✨

I released forcing and shaming myself if I am feeling like the season isn’t right. Now I listen to my intuition. I needed meaning, purpose and depth in my life, but I had no idea how to get started. Walking with Jess helped me discover that I did have strengths and a purpose to serve. I learned that all of this should be fun! I am so glad I took the first step with Jess and am truly excited about what the future holds! – Stacie W.

This is a community for women who are ready to move differently—to make time for what your soul craves  and find grown-up friendships that actually feel good.

We’ve all heard of the stress responses fight or flight.

For a long time, much of what we understood about the human stress response came from research centered on men. When researchers began studying women more specifically, they identified another pattern that came to be called Tend & Befriend.

Alongside our capacity to fight, flee, or freeze, women instinctively respond to stress by turning toward relationship and care.

We gather. We nurture. We link arms.

In a culture that so often tells us to go it alone, to become more independent, to need less, to power through, to optimize ourselves until we can handle everything…

The Wild Wellness Women’s Circle is a place to practice something different.

We need places to be seen in both our struggles and our celebrations.

We need rhythms of gathering that remind us we’re not alone.

We need a space where nobody needs us to do or be anything.

We need a space where our honesty isn’t a threat, liability, or burden.

We need to practice being women who tend and befriend to thrive, not just women who survive.

This Circle is one of those places.

One Circle. Different ways of gathering.

The Wild Wellness Women’s Circle isn’t a membership you have to keep up with or a program you have to complete.

We gather throughout the year in different ways, following what feels alive in the Season and in our Lives.

Some gatherings happen in person where I live in Virginia Beach.

Others happen fully asynchronously online—not on Zoom, not at a particular hour, but through voice notes, reflection, ritual, and conversation that unfold in the rhythm of your actual Life.

You don’t have to join everything.

There’s no hierarchy and no missing out.

Come when something calls to you. Sit one out when it doesn’t. Come back when you’re ready.

Sometimes what we need most isn’t another lesson, strategy, or self-improvement project.

We need each other.

Tend & Befriend Circles are spaces for honest conversation, meaningful connection, and the very human experience of being witnessed by other women.

We begin by sharing a bud, a rose, and a thorn:

Something you’re looking forward to.

Something going well right now.

Something that feels hard.

From there, we notice the patterns that emerge and follow the threads the women themselves bring into the Circle.

There isn’t a predetermined lesson I need to teach you or a breakthrough we need to manufacture. Our conversation is spirit-led, responsive, and rooted in what is actually alive in the room—or in the voice-note thread.

Every woman’s voice is honored, and each of us gets the opportunity to hear our own inner wisdom pour out while the Circle holds us as witness.

The medicine isn’t in being fixed. It’s in being heard.

Tend & Befriend Circles happen both in person in Virginia Beach and fully asynchronously online.

Our Virginia Beach gatherings are live, intimate, and analog—the chance to sit together in a real room, look each other in the eyes, and make the kind of grown-up friendships so many of us are craving.

Our online Tend & Befriend Circles carry that same spirit outside of clock time. We gather through voice-notes and conversation without Zoom calls or appointments, so you can participate when your energy and Life actually allow.

Some books don’t just want to be read.

They want to be talked about. Lived with. Questioned. Carried into our actual Lives.

Our voice-note book clubs are fully asynchronous online journeys through books that invite deeper conversations about the way we live, heal, relate, grow, and understand ourselves.

You read in the rhythm of your real Life—or skip the reading entirely and just listen to me read you my favorite passages—and join the conversation through voice-notes as thoughts, questions, stories, and connections arise.

No weekly Zoom call.

No pretending you finished the chapter when you didn’t.

No falling behind.

Just a shared book, a group of curious women, and enough spaciousness to let it actually change the way you see.

There are moments in the year that have invited human beings to pause and give attention for generations.

I’m especially drawn to the liminal thresholds of the Wheel of the Year—times like Samhain and Yule, when darkness deepens, the ordinary rhythm of Life shifts, and all of our ancestors knew it as a Time when the veil between what we can see and what we can sense grows thin.

Our Seasonal Rituals are fully asynchronous online gatherings for honoring those thresholds together.

Depending on the Season, we may explore Nature, ancestry, storytelling, intuitive practices, reflection, ritual, grief, gratitude, celebration, release, remembrance, or whatever that particular turning of the wheel is inviting us to notice.

These aren’t performances of spirituality.

They’re invitations to give our sacred attention.

To step outside of ordinary clock time for a little while and remember that your Life is happening inside larger cycles too.

“I like the guilt free approach Jess has! She gives us knowledge and doesn’t make us feel pressured to change things or guilty if we don’t. She gives us the freedom to be ourselves and grow at our own pace, to take what resonates with us and leave what doesn’t. It’s a very stress-free experience! I love it!” – Amber M.

Each season, we center our gatherings around themes that help you reconnect with your intuition, body, and the natural world.

The conversation changes with every gathering because we follow what’s alive—in the Season, in Nature, and in the women who arrive.

Depending on the Circle, we might find ourselves:

  • Aligning with lunar and seasonal rhythms so your life starts to feel less like a hustle and more like a homecoming.

  • Connecting with Nature, plant medicine, and your body’s wisdom—instead of outsourcing your intuition or getting stuck in your head.

  • Exploring maps of consciousness and intuitive tools in a way that feels grounding, not overwhelming.

  • Rewilding your values, creativity, and inner knowing, so you can stop contorting yourself to fit roles you’ve outgrown.

  • Exploring friendship, relationships, caregiving, motherhood, ancestry, story, and the people and places we belong to.

  • Noticing what’s blooming, what’s fading, and what is most present and alive right now.

  • Releasing patterns of self-sacrifice and making room for joy that doesn’t need to be earned.

You don’t need to be “woo” or spiritual in a certain way to join. This is made for you if you’re curious, open, and willing to show up as you are.

There’s no curriculum, no modules, no pressure to set goals or track your growth.

You don’t have to be working on something.

In fact, you don’t have to make any changes at all.

This is a space to be resourced, nourished, and to simply bring your loving attention to what’s present, alive, and naturally unfolding in you.

“I’ve learned to try the ‘love myself approach’  rather than the ‘control myself approach.‘ I learned that I can begin again. Jess is wild, explorative, and nurturing, and has the ability to convey great upbeat energy with clear open-heartedness, even in an online group.” – Karen K.

You might be craving this kind of space if…

  • You keep canceling the things that are for you—but always show up for everyone else.

  • You’ve outgrown spaces that feel like self-improvement on a deadline.

  • You’re craving connection, but the idea of more small talk makes your chest tighten.

  • You’re tired of turning every hard thing into a breakthrough.

  • You miss feeling spiritually connected—but don’t want anything that feels performative or rigid.

  • You’ve done the mindset work, the meditations, the therapy—and you still feel… unrooted.

  • You want ritual, reflection, and rhythm—without pressure to always be wise, productive, or inspiring.

> What if I fall behind?

You can’t. Our online gatherings are fully asynchronous. There are no appointments to keep and nothing to catch up on. You move in rhythm with your real life, your own schedule, your own energy, your own sovereignty.

Our in-person Virginia Beach circles are individual gatherings. Come to the ones that call to you.

> Do I need to have experience with Human Design, astrology, reiki, yoga, meditation, crystals, etc.?

Not at all. You don’t need to “know” anything to belong here. Resources are offered as invitations, not requirements—always through the lens of grounding, not overwhelm.

> Will I get personalized coaching from Jess?

This is a group space, not a 1:1 guidance container. I hold the Circle with care, offer reflections and questions, notice the threads emerging among us, and help create the conditions for meaningful conversation—but I’m not here to diagnose, fix, solve problems, or coach everyone toward an outcome.

The Circle itself is part of the medicine. It’s a community that provides love, safety, friendship, and resourcing.

If something emerges that you’d like more personal support exploring, you can also spend a week or a month with me through private 1:1 Guidance.

> I’m introverted / shy—will I have to talk?

You never need to arrive with something wise, polished, profound, or inspiring to say.

These spaces are designed to make honest conversation easier, including for women who hate small talk or don’t usually love traditional networking and group spaces.

Everyone is invited into the conversation because being known is part of why we’re there—but there is no pressure to perform.

You get to be a human being in a room, or a voice-note thread, with other human beings. You’ll never be put on the spot or asked to share if it doesn’t feel right. You can receive just by being there. This space honors your energy.

> What if I’m not “struggling” with anything right now—can I still join?

Absolutely. You don’t have to be struggling to need support. We don’t only gather around what hurts.

One of my favorite parts is getting to witness what’s blooming, what’s working, what you’re celebrating, what you’re curious about, and what you’re becoming.

You don’t have to have a problem to deserve community.

This circle is for anyone ready to live more attuned—to rhythms, to rest, to what’s rising within.

> What if I’ve joined groups before and didn’t feel connected?

I hear you. This community is intentionally intimate, slow, and real. There’s no performance, no pressure, and no curated updates.

And I care deeply about creating opportunities for women to actually know one another, not merely consume something from me alongside a group of strangers.

Real friendships are made here.

If your body exhaled reading this—you definitely belong here.

The next gathering of The Wild Wellness Women’s Circle begins soon.

There may be one or more circles currently open for enrollment—Tend & Befriend Circles, Voice-Note Book Clubs, Seasonal Rituals, and whatever other forms our gathering naturally takes.

Some happen around a physical circle here in Virginia Beach.

Others happen online, outside of clock time.

You don’t need to join them all. There’s no hierarchy and no missing out. Trust what feels aligned for you in this season.

Each space is intentionally kept intimate.

If something is open now, you’ll see it below.

If nothing is currently enrolling, you can join my email community, listen to the podcast, or book a free curiosity call so we can meet and I can keep you informed about the next opening.

Free Curiosity Call

Let’s get to know each other and chat about how we can co-create together. YES, EVEN IF you just want to meet each other before joining the circle.

We can do a live call, or keep your calendar clear with back-and-forth voice noting!
