Maybe you’re moving through a major transition—the end of a relationship, a job that doesn’t fit anymore, a diagnosis that’s asking you to slow all the way down.

Maybe your nervous system is fried, even after years of journaling and yoga and doing everything the experts say.

Or maybe you’re just plain tired—of holding it all, of being the strong one, of chasing the right steps to a life that still doesn’t feel like yours.

And underneath it all lives a growing fear:

If I don’t do something soon, I’m going to lose myself.

Not in a dramatic, movie-scene kind of way. But in the slow, subtle ways that add up:

> Going numb in relationships you actually care about.

> Saying yes when your body’s screaming no.

> Forgetting what it feels like to want something just for you.

In a space like this, something begins to soften. You begin to feel your emotions again—not as problems to solve, but as signals to follow.

> You begin to trust the moment your body says “no.”

> You stop spiraling in indecision—because you’re rooted in your own Clarity.

> You show up in your Life feeling like all of yourself, not just the parts that are useful to others.

And, for the first time in a long time, you feel… here.

Present. Connected. Pleasure. Sweetness.

I feel more calm because I am able to scan my body, scan my thoughts, scan my environment, examine where I am in my menstrual cycle … and find clues as to what might be going on. That makes the whole process feel less random and out of control. – Maria B.

I’ve let go of being so hard on myself. I used to believe that I was weak and pathetic, but now I see that I am strong. I’ve just been protecting myself in an ineffective way, and now I can still protect myself but in better ways. – Michelle F.

1:1 guidance with me is a sacred container for remembering, reimagining, and walking the unmanicured path.

We talk via Voxer—a voice note and text app—offering daily, asynchronous support for what’s alive for you. We average around 15 minutes per day, which adds up to 1.5 to 2 hours of meaningful connection each week.

Some days you’ll arrive in a moment of expansion: fresh off a big epiphany or celebrating the evidence of how you’re growing.

Other days, you’ll be in the depths of contraction: navigating loss, conflict, others’ discomfort with your pattern interrupts, or the one step back that precedes the next two steps forward.

This work is Love-led, Intuition-led, and You-led—meaning it evolves with you.

You don’t need to decide whether you need coaching, counseling-oriented support, intuitive guidance, energy work, or simply a really good conversation.

You bring what’s alive.

Maybe it’s a question, a pattern, a transition, a relationship dynamic, a desire, a health concern, an emotional knot, an intuitive nudge, or simply the sense that something in your Life is asking for your Loving attention.

We begin there.

I bring the full depth of my training, experience, and intuitive tools to our time together. Depending on what feels supportive to you, our work might draw from life coaching and my background in counseling, nervous system care, nutrition and holistic health, intuitive guidance, Reiki, oracle cards, pendulum work, spiritual exploration, meaning-making, or practical experimentation in your real Life.

You don’t need to select the right modality before we begin.

You don’t need the right words.

You don’t even need to know exactly what the problem is.

The modality follows the person, not the other way around.

We honor your body, your Intuition, your lived experience, and your Timing, listening together for what this moment is actually asking of you.

Spend a Week With Me

Sometimes something feels alive right now, and you don’t need months of support. You need a devoted space to pay attention to it.

A week together is for the decision you keep circling, the boundary you know needs attention, the relationship dynamic you can’t quite see clearly, the transition you’re moving through, the story that keeps looping, the intuitive tug you can’t ignore, or the thing you can’t even name yet but know you don’t want to keep carrying alone.

For seven consecutive days, we’ll have a private Voxer space where you can share voice notes and messages as things arise in your actual Life.

There are no appointments to keep, no curriculum to complete, and no preparation required.

You bring what’s alive, and we follow it together.

Sometimes one devoted week is enough to see something differently, hear what your Intuition has been trying to say, make a grounded decision, soften an old story, establish a new boundary, or simply experience the relief of not holding something alone.

You don’t need to know where the week will take us before we begin.

You only need a willingness to pay attention.

Spend a Month With Me

Some things want more spaciousness.

A month together gives us time not only to notice what’s happening, but to watch it unfold in your real Life.

We can recognize patterns as they emerge, experiment with something different, notice what happens next, move through the inevitable expansions and contractions, and allow insight to become something you actually live.

There’s no predetermined four-week curriculum because your growth doesn’t happen according to one.

But over the course of a month, we often find ourselves resourcing, releasing, receiving, and rooting—sometimes in that order, sometimes circling back, sometimes doing several at once.

Growth is a spiral.

We might resource by noticing what already supports you internally and externally. We might release an old story, expectation, habit, grief, or identity that no longer fits. We might make space to receive pleasure, insight, synchronicity, support, or something you’ve had difficulty allowing yourself to want. And we root what we’re discovering into the way you actually live.

The longer container gives us room to see what happens after the breakthrough, when you return to your family, your work, your habits, your relationships, and the ordinary moments where transformation becomes real.

When you spend a month with me, you’ll also receive lifetime access to Rewild Your Wellness: my online course dedicated to healing your relationship with food, weight, and body image through reconnecting with Nature and your Intuition.

There’s no workbook. No gold stars. No pressure to perform your healing.

That said: it’s okay if you come in with dreams, intentions, or desires for change. In fact, those often emerge more clearly once you stop willpowering your way toward them.

Here, we tend the soil. We get quiet enough to hear what’s true. We practice feeling how you want to feel now—not someday.

That’s the seed. And it blooms not when it’s demanded, but when it’s drenched with devotion.

  • You’ve journaled, meditated, therapied, and done the inner child work but still feel foggy about what’s next.

  • You’re at a turning point in your life, but all the usual tools feel flat, like they’re speaking someone else’s language.

  • You keep saying “I just need to get back to myself,” but you’re not sure how—or who that even is now.

  • You’re craving a space that sees the meaning in your mess, not just your progress.

  • You long to feel more connected to your Intuition—not in a flashy way but in a steady, embodied way.

  • You’re exploring intuitive tools, altered states, or spiritual gifts—but want to stay grounded, discerning, and true to yourself along the way.

  • You’re tired of holding it all together for everyone else and want to be held for once.

You don’t have to know exactly what you want out of this, but you’re ready to show up honestly and stay curious about what’s here.

Jess always has a powerful way with words that provoke a deeper dive and something always resonates. I love her ability to ask the right questions and get to the heart of things. She’s a high-touch coach with amazing insight and knowledge. – Paula V.

I’m Jess Reid—a growth-guide, certified life coach, energy healer, and Spirit-led entrepreneur.

I like to call myself a Health Keeper because I’ve come to understand Health as something much bigger than physical wellness.

Our Health lives in our bodies, but it also lives in our relationships, our work, our spirituality, our sense of meaning and belonging, our connection with Nature, our capacity for pleasure, our Intuition, and the way we actually experience our everyday Lives.

While it’s true that like many health coaches, I can help you eat better and/or lose weight, the true meaning of Health is Wholeness, and I tend to the conditions where it can flourish.

I think of it much like being a Hearth Keeper in an ancestral village. The hearth was the center of everything—the place of nourishment, warmth, storytelling, gathering, and transformation. Food was prepared there, but so were relationships, traditions, and wisdom.

My work has a similar feel. People don’t just come to me for information. They come to reconnect—with themselves, with their bodies, with their Intuition, with Nature, with Meaning.

Your Health, your Wholeness, is the center of your Life.

While I’m a certified life coach with a background in counseling, what I offer isn’t clinical. It’s deeply personal. Grounded in both Wisdom and Wonder. Rooted in lived experience, spiritual attunement, and real-time presence.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people through big life shifts: Health crises. Job changes. Grief. Psychedelic journeys. Healing from trauma. Marriages ending or repairing. Weight loss journeys. Perimenopause. Caregiving. Leaving religion or inherited beliefs.

And also: those quieter awakenings that don’t fit into neat boxes but ask just as much of you.

I believe that the body holds truth, that Intuition is a muscle we can remember how to use, and that deep transformation often starts with a big problem.

My approach is Loving, shame-free, and gently challenging. I’m not here to give you answers—I’m here to help you access the ones already inside you.

We honor energy and emotion and nervous system regulation.

We work with both insight and embodiment.

We follow your Natural rhythm—not a prescriptive path.

If you’ve been craving a space that welcomes the whole of you… I’d be honored to walk with you awhile.

Still have questions?

Let’s honor your discernment.

> What does Voxer guidance actually feel like?

Imagine sending a voice note to your wisest self—the one who sees the full picture and responds with love. That’s the kind of grounded, ongoing support we co-create.

> What if I don’t know exactly what I need help with?

That’s not a problem. You just need a sense that something in you is ready to be listened to more deeply. I know how to ask you the right questions, and we’ll let the clarity emerge from there.

> Is this like therapy?

I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t a clinical space. But many of my clients come after years of therapy looking for something more integrated—where they can be met as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a story they’ve already told.

I’m a certified life coach with a background in counseling, along with training and experience across holistic Health, nutrition, nervous system care, energy work, intuitive development, and spiritual exploration.

> Is this a good fit if I’m in a major life transition?

Yes. Many clients come to this space mid-unraveling—navigating grief, health changes, spiritual shifts, or just that disorienting in-between. You don’t need to have it all sorted. This space is built for the messy middles.

> What if I’ve never done anything like this before?

Perfect. You don’t need to have experience with Voxer or with coaching, energy work, or anything “woo” to belong here. Just bring your curiosity, your honesty, and your willingness to be seen.

> What if I’m not “woo”?

You don’t have to be. This work honors intuition and inner wisdom, but there’s no dogma or required belief system. If you’re open, curious, and willing to be with what’s real, you’ll be right at home.

You don’t need to use oracle cards, pendulum work, Reiki, or any other intuitive or energetic tool. They’re available if they feel supportive to you, but they’re never required.

This work is You-led.

> Is this confidential?

Absolutely. What you share is held in confidence and care. You deserve a space that feels safe to be your full, unfiltered self.

Whether we spend a week or a month together, you’ll receive:

  • Private 1:1 guidance via Voxer (audio + text)

  • Daily support (avg. 15 minutes/day or ~2 hrs/week)

  • Real-time guidance, reflection, and resourcing for what’s alive for you

  • Ongoing check-ins so we’re tracking where you’ve been and where you’re growing

  • Optional Reiki, oracle cards, and pendulum work when those tools feel aligned for you

  • A flexible, asynchronous container designed to fit into your actual Life

  • When you spend a month (or more) with me, you’ll also receive lifetime access to Rewild Your Wellness: my online course dedicated to healing your relationship with food, weight, and body image through connecting with Nature and your Intuition

I bring the full depth of my experience and tools—from nutrition and nervous system care to intuitive development and meaning-making.

This is a high-touch space. Intimate, consistent, attuned.

It’s designed to hold you through real change—giving us more space than a single hour on Zoom to notice what’s happening, follow what emerges, and work with it as it unfolds.

Sometimes you need one devoted week around something that’s alive right now.

Sometimes you want a full month to give what’s emerging more room to unfold.

You get to choose the amount of space that feels supportive to you.
