1:1 guidance with me is a sacred container for remembering, reimagining, and walking the unmanicured path.
We talk via Voxer — a voice note and text app — offering daily, asynchronous support for what’s alive for you. We average around 15 minutes per day, which adds up to 1.5 to 2 hours of meaningful connection each week.
Some days you’ll arrive in a moment of expansion: fresh off a big epiphany or celebrating the evidence of how you’re growing.
Other days, you’ll be in the depths of contraction: navigating loss, conflict, others’ discomfort with your pattern interrupts, or the one step back that precedes the next two steps forward.
This work is Love-led, Intuition-led, and You-led — meaning it evolves with you.

The Growth Spiral Story
This isn’t a linear curriculum or a ladder you climb.
This is a monthly rhythm — intuitive, iterative, and lovingly repeatable — to help you consistently reorient to your own growth as a lived, embodied process.
Each month, we’ll move through four phases together:
Week 1: Resourcing
We begin by listening in and looking with fresh eyes. We attune your radio receiver to the music Love is already playing all around you, to notice and name the resources you already have in your inner and outer world.
Week 2: Releasing
Once we’re resourced, we let go: old stories, grief that wants to be witnessed, habits that have become more harmful than helpful, unspoken expectations that don’t fit anymore. Think of it like composting what no longer serves so there’s room for new life.
Week 3: Receiving
This is the space for insight, pleasure, synchronicity — for what wants to emerge. What’s asking to be received, noticed, or welcomed? This week honors joy, giving to yourself, and truly feeling how you want to feel.
Week 4: Rooting
We land it all. You can opt into a Reiki session and card pull, or simply take this as a quieter week of turning inward. Either way, it’s a return to self and a grounding of the insights from this cycle.
This rhythm repeats, deepens, and reshapes you over time. All clients begin with an 8-week commitment — two full cycles — to ground into this new way of being.
This isn’t a 60-day sprint or a productivity plan
There’s no workbook. No gold stars. No pressure to perform your healing.
That said: it’s okay if you come in with dreams, intentions, or desires for change. In fact, those often emerge more clearly once you stop willpowering your way toward them.
Here, we tend the soil. We get quiet enough to hear what’s true. We practice feeling how you want to feel now — not someday.
That’s the seed. And it blooms not when it’s demanded, but when it’s drenched with devotion.

I’m Jess Reid — a growth-guide, certified life coach, energy healer, and Spirit-led entrepreneur.
While I’m a certified life coach with a background in counseling, what I offer isn’t clinical. It’s deeply personal. Grounded in both wisdom and wonder. Rooted in lived experience, spiritual attunement, and real-time presence.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people through big life shifts: Health crises. Job changes. Grief. Psychedelic journeys. Healing from trauma. Marriages ending or repairing. Weight loss journeys. Perimenopause. Caregiving. Leaving religion or inherited beliefs.
And also: those quieter awakenings that don’t fit into neat boxes but ask just as much of you.
I believe that the body holds truth, that intuition is a muscle we can remember how to use, and that deep transformation often starts with a big problem.
My approach is loving, shame-free, and gently challenging. I’m not here to give you answers — I’m here to help you access the ones already inside you.
